• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Use our services only for legitimate B2B wholesale purposes

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. Our LCD screens and electronic components are graded as follows:

All prices are subject to the following terms:

• Prices are provided as quotes and valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• All transactions are conducted in USD unless otherwise agreed
• We accept wire transfer, PayPal, and major credit cards for qualified accounts
• Payment terms (NET 15/30) are available for approved accounts

For wholesale and bulk orders:

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) varies by product and is displayed on product pages
• Volume discounts are available for large orders - contact us for tiered pricing
• Lead times vary based on order size and product availability
• Orders may be subject to cancellation fees once processing has begun

We ship worldwide with the following terms:

• We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other major carriers
• Shipping insurance is available and recommended for high-value orders
• Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
• Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos

All LCD screens and displays are covered by our warranty policy:

To file a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number, photos of the defect, and a detailed description of the issue. Claims are processed within 5-7 business days.

Our return policy for B2B wholesale customers:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective products
• Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) required before returning any products
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days

MRT Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

In case of disputes:

• Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
• Any legal proceedings shall be governed by the laws of China and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Shenzhen
